Bunch is a mobile leadership training app that delivers short daily coaching sessions designed to help managers, founders, and team leads sharpen their people skills. Lessons are framed around real workplace challenges such as giving feedback, managing up, running meetings, and navigating conflict, with content typically consumed in just a few minutes a day. An AI coach personalizes the experience by adapting recommendations to the user's role, goals, and growth areas. Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is library covering management, communication, and culture — handled better than most — and practical, scenario-driven leadership content. Less structured than formal leadership programs is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: daily micro-lessons on leadership skills and personalized AI coaching based on user goals. Where it lags: aI coaching cannot fully replace human mentorship. On balance the feature set — especially role and goal-based content tracks — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Library covering management, communication, and culture just works and mobile-first and easy to use. Short format may lack depth on complex topics can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
