Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on multi-language support, and reduces missed calls and response delays caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: lead qualification and appointment booking and reduces missed calls and response delays. Where it lags: setup and training require time investment. On balance the feature set — especially cRM and business tool integrations — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Call logging and analytics fits neatly into how we already work, and aI voice agent for inbound and outbound calls removed a step we used to do by hand. Voice AI can feel impersonal to some callers, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
