Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: programmable conversation pathways and scales phone operations without expanding headcount. On balance the feature set — especially call analytics and transcripts — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Programmable conversation pathways is exactly what I needed, and scales phone operations without expanding headcount. I do wish setup and tuning require technical effort, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and customizable voices and conversation flows. Call analytics and transcripts fits neatly into how we already work, and call analytics and transcripts removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and customizable voices and conversation flows. Call analytics and transcripts fits neatly into how we already work, and custom voice and persona configuration removed a step we used to do by hand. Voice agents can struggle with complex or emotional calls, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI voice agents for inbound and outbound calls — handled better than most — and scales phone operations without expanding headcount. Enterprise focus may be overkill for small teams is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
