Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on scalable multi-role hiring support, and runs continuously without manual prompts caught me off guard. May require integration setup with existing ATS is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: scalable multi-role hiring support and automates time-consuming sourcing and screening. Where it lags: limited public track record as a newer tool. On balance the feature set — especially autonomous candidate sourcing — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
