Overview

Amoeba is an AI-powered decision intelligence platform designed for revenue leaders to transform complex data into actionable insights. It sits between systems of record and systems of action, reasoning across pipeline, campaigns, product, and finance data to diagnose issues and surface decisions that impact revenue. Amoeba aims to empower go-to-market teams to make smarter, real-time decisions by handling the noise, complexity, and opacity of data. The platform provides a decision layer that identifies what's slowing down pipeline or revenue and suggests actions with evidence. It's positioned as a solution for teams struggling to make meaningful decisions from their data, often due to the overwhelming volume of signals and the complexity of interactions between different systems.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and it is genuinely easy to set up. The integrations fits neatly into how we already work, and the automation removed a step we used to do by hand. Pricing gets steep at scale, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. The dashboard just works and it saves real time. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on the onboarding, and the value for money is strong caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is the onboarding — handled better than most — and it is genuinely easy to set up. A few rough edges remain is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: the dashboard and the value for money is strong. On balance the feature set — especially the dashboard — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
