Overview

AIJ - AI Jobs is an autonomous AI agent designed to find and apply to jobs on behalf of users. The platform aims to save users time and energy by automating the job search and application process. Here's how it works: the AI fetches jobs relevant to the user, allowing them to focus on other tasks. If the AI makes a mistake during the application process, users can correct it, enabling the AI to learn and improve. Additionally, users can save frequently asked questions and let the AI handle answering them. The platform offers a pricing plan starting at 10 credits for CA$10, with an additional $0.08 per AI call. Note that users are not charged for saved data.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: continuous background scanning and automates repetitive job application tasks. On balance the feature set — especially autonomous job discovery across platforms — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Autonomous job discovery across platforms is exactly what I needed, and can apply to many roles in parallel. I do wish less personalization than manual applications, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Autonomous job discovery across platforms just works and automates repetitive job application tasks. Limited control over individual application content can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and continuously scans for new openings. Profile-based job matching fits neatly into how we already work, and automated application submission removed a step we used to do by hand. Less personalization than manual applications, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on bulk apply capabilities, and continuously scans for new openings caught me off guard. Quality of matches depends on profile setup is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
