Overview

AI Haggler is an AI-powered negotiator that haggles hotel rates or service prices on your behalf. It can call businesses to gather information, check availability, and negotiate prices. Users can select the type of service they need, add specific details, and let the AI agent call service providers or hotels to book services or negotiate prices. Detailed reports about prices, availability, and negotiations are provided after the calls are finished. The app can be used to inquire about various services such as healthcare, home services, professional services, beauty services, and hotels. The process of using AI Haggler involves registering, buying credits, and selecting a task. For service providers, users can search for providers or paste their phone numbers, and for hotels, users can find hotels and paste their phone numbers into the app. The AI agent will then call businesses and negotiate prices, providing detailed reports of the results. One key benefit of AI Haggler is that it can call businesses in various languages, including Spanish and English, and negotiate prices on behalf of users. This feature is especially useful for users who do not speak the local language or prefer not to make phone calls themselves. Overall, AI Haggler offers a convenient and efficient way to negotiate prices and book services, saving users time and effort in the process.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on email-based deal delivery, and simple request-based workflow caught me off guard. May not beat last-minute deal sites in every case is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and simple request-based workflow. Considers dates, length of stay, and flexibility fits neatly into how we already work, and email-based deal delivery removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is user approval before booking — handled better than most — and simple request-based workflow. May not beat last-minute deal sites in every case is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Email-based deal delivery just works and automates time-consuming price negotiations. May not beat last-minute deal sites in every case can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: considers dates, length of stay, and flexibility and can surface discounts below public rates. Where it lags: may not beat last-minute deal sites in every case. On balance the feature set — especially custom offer submissions per property — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
