Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: text-to-video generation and low barrier to entry for non-editors. Where it lags: less control than traditional editors. On balance the feature set — especially prompt-based scene creation — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on permanently free usage tier, and free plan available with no time limit caught me off guard. Less control than traditional editors is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Browser-based workflow is exactly what I needed, and fast turnaround for short clips. I do wish output quality varies by prompt, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is browser-based workflow — handled better than most — and fast turnaround for short clips. Less control than traditional editors is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
