I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is conversation analytics dashboard — handled better than most — and no-code setup accessible to non-technical users. Subscription pricing can add up for higher usage tiers is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

On balance the feature set — especially multi-channel deployment (web, WhatsApp, Slack) — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
