Overview

AgentScope is an open-source multi-agent framework that offers a drag-and-drop UI, distributed execution, tool calls, and fault tolerance. I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is the API — handled better than most — and support is responsive. Pricing gets steep at scale is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: the onboarding and it is genuinely easy to set up. Where it lags: pricing gets steep at scale. On balance the feature set — especially the automation — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. The onboarding is exactly what I needed, and the value for money is strong. I do wish the mobile experience lags, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and support is responsive. The automation fits neatly into how we already work, and the dashboard removed a step we used to do by hand. Pricing gets steep at scale, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
