I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is broker and team management dashboard — handled better than most — and tailored specifically for real estate workflows. Smaller brokerages may find pricing steep is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI-guided agent onboarding flows and scales onboarding without adding headcount. Where it lags: may require integration with existing CRM and tools. On balance the feature set — especially broker and team management dashboard — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Progress tracking and performance analytics is exactly what I needed, and tracks agent progress and skill gaps. I do wish effectiveness depends on quality of training content, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
