I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on website embed widget, and embeddable widget for any website caught me off guard. Answer quality depends on source content is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Pretty happy overall. Website embed widget just works and reduces repetitive support questions. Limited use outside website contexts can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
