Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on instant notification alerts, and real-time alerts on accounts and keywords caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is cRM-ready data exports — handled better than most — and aI summaries reduce manual review. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: buying and intent signal detection and aI summaries reduce manual review. Where it lags: less established than broader social listening suites. On balance the feature set — especially instant notification alerts — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and real-time alerts on accounts and keywords. AI-generated post and thread summaries fits neatly into how we already work, and aI-generated post and thread summaries removed a step we used to do by hand. Usefulness depends on quality of tracked keywords, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
