Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Zero-copy integration with Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks is exactly what I needed, and strong segmentation and activation capabilities. I do wish enterprise pricing can be costly, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Pretty happy overall. Built-in analytics with Tableau connectivity just works and zero-copy connections to major data warehouses. Enterprise pricing can be costly can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Where it lags: most value depends on existing Salesforce investment. On balance the feature set — especially identity resolution and unified profiles — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
