Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. AI task and habit auto-scheduling is exactly what I needed, and adapts in real time when plans change. I do wish currently limited to Google Calendar, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Pretty happy overall. Integrations with Slack, Asana, Todoist, Jira, and more just works and adapts in real time when plans change. Limited offline or mobile functionality can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: integrations with Slack, Asana, Todoist, Jira, and more and free tier available for individuals. On balance the feature set — especially focus time protection and analytics — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on smart 1:1 meeting coordination, and adapts in real time when plans change caught me off guard. Currently limited to Google Calendar is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and free tier available for individuals. Integrations with Slack, Asana, Todoist, Jira, and more fits neatly into how we already work, and team availability and workload insights removed a step we used to do by hand. Some advanced features require paid plans, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
