Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Custom knowledge base training is exactly what I needed, and reduces response time for inbound inquiries. I do wish may require tuning to match brand voice, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on conversion-focused conversation flows, and can be trained on business-specific content caught me off guard.
