Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Duplicate detection for issues just works and reduces repetitive triage work. Requires technical setup can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is documentation matching for questions — handled better than most — and reduces repetitive triage work. Early-stage project with evolving features is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on configurable AI agent framework, and reduces repetitive triage work caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: configurable AI agent framework and targets real maintainer pain points. On balance the feature set — especially automated issue triage — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
