Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: appointment booking workflows and reduces need for multiple separate tools. Where it lags: may require setup time to train effectively. On balance the feature set — especially always-on availability — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is lead generation and qualification — handled better than most — and 24/7 automated customer responses. Less specialized than single-purpose tools is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
