Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is customer-facing agent deployment — handled better than most — and automates repetitive tasks across departments. Agent reliability depends on quality of configuration is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: workflow and task automation and automates repetitive tasks across departments. On balance the feature set — especially productivity and performance tracking — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Customer-facing agent deployment is exactly what I needed, and aI agents can be customized for specific workflows. I do wish limited public information on pricing and integrations, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Configurable AI agents just works and automates repetitive tasks across departments. Effective use may require workflow planning upfront can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
