Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Website and app integration just works and trained on your own data and documents. Smaller ecosystem than major chatbot platforms can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Knowledge base support is exactly what I needed, and supports both chatbots and task-oriented agents. I do wish limited public information on pricing tiers, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: knowledge base support and supports both chatbots and task-oriented agents. Where it lags: limited public information on pricing tiers. On balance the feature set — especially knowledge base support — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on conversational AI agents for tasks, and supports both chatbots and task-oriented agents caught me off guard. Quality depends on data preparation is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
