Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and reduces ramp time for new sales hires. Live in-call guidance and prompts fits neatly into how we already work, and playbook-driven coaching removed a step we used to do by hand. Real-time prompts can distract less experienced reps, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: designed for live sales workflows and guides reps live instead of after the call. Where it lags: requires live call integration to be useful. On balance the feature set — especially real-time objection handling cues — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is live in-call guidance and prompts — handled better than most — and reduces ramp time for new sales hires. Requires live call integration to be useful is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Playbook-driven coaching is exactly what I needed, and keeps messaging consistent across the team. I do wish requires live call integration to be useful, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
