Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and generates meeting summaries with clear action items. Automated email sorting and labeling fits neatly into how we already work, and gmail and Outlook integration removed a step we used to do by hand. Privacy considerations when granting inbox access, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Gmail and Outlook integration just works and generates meeting summaries with clear action items. AI-drafted replies still need human review can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Personalized AI-drafted email replies is exactly what I needed, and generates meeting summaries with clear action items. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is personalized AI-drafted email replies — handled better than most — and automatically categorizes and prioritizes inbox messages. Privacy considerations when granting inbox access is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
