Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. PowerPoint and Google Slides export is exactly what I needed, and simple markdown-based input format. I do wish developer-only, requires API integration, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and supports custom brand templates and themes. Custom branding and template support fits neatly into how we already work, and markdown-to-slides generation removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: designed for AI and automation workflows and outputs both PowerPoint and Google Slides. Where it lags: output quality depends on template setup. On balance the feature set — especially custom branding and template support — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is rEST API for programmatic access — handled better than most — and saves engineering time vs building from scratch. Output quality depends on template setup is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
