Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Multiple experts per organization is exactly what I needed, and supports multiple knowledge sources and formats. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on configurable response behavior, and can be embedded on websites or shared via link caught me off guard. Limited customization for highly technical workflows is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Usage analytics and conversation history just works and no-code setup for custom AI assistants. May require ongoing curation of knowledge base can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and useful for both internal and customer-facing use cases. Custom AI expert creation fits neatly into how we already work, and configurable response behavior removed a step we used to do by hand. May require ongoing curation of knowledge base, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
