Overview

Domer AI is an AI video generator that allows users to create videos without filming anything. It supports two primary use cases: text-to-video and image-to-video. With text-to-video, users can type a description and receive a corresponding video in about two minutes. The image-to-video feature involves uploading a photo and describing how it should move, with the tool handling the rest. Domer AI also features multiple AI video generator models, including Google Veo for quality, Kling for speed, and Wan for longer clips (up to 15 seconds). The tool is designed for creative workflows and is particularly useful for social media content, product demos, ad concepts, and testing ideas before actual filming. It exports videos without watermarks and gives users full rights to the content. Users start with 10 free credits, and any additional credits purchased do not expire. Domer AI's simple workflow involves writing a description, picking a model, and downloading the video when ready. It also includes AI image generator tools for generating still images from descriptions.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and no editing skills required. Shareable video exports fits neatly into how we already work, and prompt-based iteration removed a step we used to do by hand. Short clip lengths may not suit all use cases, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is image-to-video animation — handled better than most — and useful for social and marketing content. Short clip lengths may not suit all use cases is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Shareable video exports is exactly what I needed, and useful for social and marketing content. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: style and length controls and useful for social and marketing content. Where it lags: short clip lengths may not suit all use cases. On balance the feature set — especially prompt-based iteration — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
