Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: appointment scheduling and booking automation and handles multiple call types: sales, support, bookings. On balance the feature set — especially aI voice agents for inbound and outbound calls — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on round-the-clock call coverage, and handles multiple call types: sales, support, bookings caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is appointment scheduling and booking automation — handled better than most — and reduces missed calls and response delays. Voice AI may struggle with complex or emotional issues is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
