I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on custom knowledge base training, and integrates with common business tools and channels caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is drag-and-drop AI agent builder — handled better than most — and no-code interface accessible to non-technical users. Output quality depends on data and prompt setup is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and agents can be trained on custom data and documents. Multi-agent collaboration and task handoff fits neatly into how we already work, and team workspaces and role management removed a step we used to do by hand. Pricing can scale quickly with heavy agent usage, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
