Overview

AIRLOC is an AI-powered executive search platform designed to shave weeks off search cycles for executive search firms. It uses super-human Agentic A.I., trained to think and work like a search team, to develop a foundational search strategy, generate a longlist of ranked, rated and qualified executive talent, and accelerate client onboarding. AIRLOC is trained on the executive search process and can research, source, rank and rate candidates based on the search strategy and benchmark criteria. By leveraging AIRLOC, search teams can decrease search cycles by 45%, place candidates 40% faster, and deliver results faster while maintaining a human-led search process and experience enabled by A.I. However, it is essential to note that AIRLOC was not designed to replace researchers or engage candidates or clients, but rather to work as an extension of the team, thinking, acting, and sourcing like a super-human executive recruiter.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on executive-level talent matching, and reduces manual screening workload caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Streamlined shortlisting workflow just works and aI-driven matching for senior roles. Limited public information on pricing can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and useful for in-house and agency recruiters. Role-specific search criteria fits neatly into how we already work, and aI-based candidate discovery removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited public information on pricing, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
